Primp & Proper is a quaint beauty salon now located in a stunning private two-room suite inside Vancouver’s historic Duncan Building at 119 West Pender Street, just steps from Gastown. As you stroll along vibrant streets with vintage lamps and beautiful hanging flowers, you’ll arrive at our heritage space — complete with soaring high ceilings, giant flower wall mural, antique mirrors, and cascading plants.

Inside, you’ll find a modern-meets-vintage setting thoughtfully designed for total comfort: LED-lit makeup vanities, a giant flower mural, plush memory foam lash beds with cozy fleece blankets, and reclining makeup chairs so comfortable you could nap through your service. We even have a pink Keurig stocked with tea, coffee, oat milk and 2% milk, plus bubbly waters chilling in our vintage pink fridge.

We’ve also made parking a breeze: enjoy free 2-hour parking inside Tinseltown Mall (10am–10pm daily), along with plentiful street parking and nearby lots for longer visits.
