30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
 
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and its original condition, including the original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
 
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100 in value consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
 
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time frame, please contact your credit card company and bank before reaching out to us at [email protected].
 
Final Sale Items
Sale items on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot refund or exchange items because you don’t like them or no longer want them. For exchanges please contact us at [email protected] and return the item to the address above.
