How To Use
Carefully wiggle the wand horizontally to ensure maximum volume and length. Stroke wand vertically upward to achieve curl and downward for the bottom lashes. The small end of the mascara wand will colour and coat all of the tinted baby hairs including the bottom eyelashes and the tiny inner corner upper lashes.
